the thing about being fabulous is...
...no one ever believes you when you tell them.
Granted, I always think I'm fabulous... except when I'm being a bit of a bitch. But sometimes you just really feel fabulous.
The cafeteria at my new hospital actually has good food. Weird, I know. The best thing they have is this Peanut Butter and Chocolate Silk Pie. Assuming you are not allergic, dessert-guilt prone, or just generally Eeyore-ish, this stuff will make you feel.. well.. fabulous.
And then there are the times when a hot [insert preferred gender] with a genuinely hot accent shamelessly flirts with you. That makes you feel pretty fabulous, too. (In my world, it's the guy with the Antonio Banderas voice. Muy caliente!)
Oh yes, and when 90+ year old men who are not entirely in their right minds do nothing but tell you "Hey, you're awful pretty." and do everything you say.. well, that's not exactly fabulous, but it is kind of funny.
