I've missed out on two TILTs now because of being in The Netherlands. Leiden was so beautiful. I had some problems at the beginning of the two weeks... feeling homesick and uncomfortable and such, but then I actually started to have fun and things turned out to be fantastic.

• Exams have a few good sides, including the fact that I can snack and not feel (too) guilty, and the fact that since Mark and I are in the same room but barely communicating for hours on end, when we do take a break and speak to each other, it's like we haven't seen each other in ages and everything is very love-filled and happy :)

• being selected to go to Leiden for two weeks with Annie
• hilarity with Mark
• going to St Monica (my old school) where all the teachers love me (even the ones I heavily disliked)
• driving around

• Watching Valkyrie with Mark and a friend of his saying I'm pretty.
• The final MEA session in parliament.
• Finding the perfect parking space at Uni at 10.45am.
• Annelise's face when I gave her her random present (two pairs of Accessorize earrings).
• Studying like crazy.

I'm in a bad mood this week but whatever.

• The Journalists' Seminar I went to on Thursday with Annie. Peppi Azzopardi said I looked intelligent. The talk was really interesting and the free Radisson food was so yummy!
• Finishing my IR assignment completely and giving it in a week before the deadline i.e. before everyone else.
