So I just got home from a check-up at the doctor's.
And what do you know? My doctor ended up not only checking my symptoms, but he also ended up asking me about my school and my course, which ended up with a discussion on my thesis (to which he helpfully suggested some books I may consult). And then after that he somehow found out I was participating in Walang Sugat which, apparently, he's familiar with.
He then proceeded to tell me about this experimental theater that they experienced. It was Julius Caesar and what made it different was that the setting was sort of different. The audience was in a semi-circle around the stage. Some of the parts of the play were done outside in the grand staircase during the break. He didn't say anything else but it sure sounded interesting.
Then when he learned that I wanted to go into Music after, he listed of names and titles of operas which I should listen to, and he advised me to download everything I can from torrents. haha.
While he was writing the prescriptions, he was giving me tidbits of advice and trivias. And the last thing he said to me was that he was glad I found what I loved doing.
Hahaha that was perhaps one of the most meaningful doctor's appointments I've ever been to. XP and it got me thinking, perhaps more doctors should be like that. haha
what an interesting day. :)
