I still feel moderately unwell, but reflecting on my immediate past (as of last year) makes me feel mildly better, so while I make lunch I am concocting also this meme. The back of the box says to increase cooking time and water if you live in a higher altitude but I'm not sure why that is.

So it seems that the United Nations building still exists up there in New York City, which is a hop, skip and a jump away from West Chester, where I have been to undergraduate school. I'd just have to get there again. My mother and I have been up there more than once for Russian affairs, some Japanese stuff and some excellent Turkish tea.
