The scientific name for the domestic cat is felis catus!
Or at least the one article I am reading says one species is called. I have read from the magazines that there may be a couple of other mammals which do the same thing.
I have gotten my name published in magazines much more readily than with books. Not Nature or Scientific American but Reader's Digest and some other things aimed at children. So one has to watch his or her language like a hawk.
