It seemed like it was at least 2:30 in the morning as Fabien Devereux climbed down a ladder of a fire escape and stepped foot into a dark alley. For the time being however no one would have been aware that the counselor was himself, bearing several pieces of blue clothing, a trilby hat, and his former balaclava he had obscured his appearance to secretly investigate the present going ons of Clairbourn. He had made some slight press as "The Man in Blue", a secretive vigilante that was attempting to stop the crime problem.
Stepping out of the shadows of the dark alley the man ran across the street, his blue overcoat flapped in the wind exposing his blue vest, white shirt, and black tie. Moments later he came to his target a ransacked restaurant that was owned by one Sie Kensou. He had heard of the robbery over the network by the owner, he had made an attempt to display grief to the student and offered to investigate the area if it could be left unlocked. The former spy tried the door... it was locked, obviously Kensou was not around.
Fabien inspected the door and saw that while it was locked there was also an alarm sensor on the door, it was sadly disabled. He pulled out his butterfly knife as he flicked it open with a turn of the wrist and jimmied the door open. Sadly breaking and entering seemed like the only way to accomplish his task of investigating.
He opened the door and stepped in, clearing some yellow crime scene tape and stepping on broken glass. The place was completely ransacked, graffiti festooned the walls, and glasses and plates were shattered. From first sight Fabien felt this looked more like an "extortion warning" then robbery. He pulled out a flashlight and turned it on as he lightly looked around, every now and then pulling a very small spy camera out of his pocket to take pictures.
