badboy_fangirl: The rules are simple: you quote the first lines of your 21 most recent fics.
It's the first lines of my 21 most recent posted fics, given I have a few WIPs and a handful of stories waiting to be posted.
#1: They’re walking a fine line between closeness and odd closeness.
#2: A low sound, something between a growl and a wail, breaks free of Sara’s throat and fills the sultry air of the bedroom.
#3: It starts because when Sara comes back from the clinic still wearing her lab coat over her slacks and tee-shirt, Michael brushes a kiss over her lips and tells her she’s pretty.
#4: It always starts with something seemingly innocuous.
#5: She’s a good girl.
#6: It’s not a fetish.
#7: Three times a night or once every six months.
#8: Neither Sara nor Michael believes him when Lincoln says that he did not carefully orientate the mirror at the foot of his bed.
#9: There’s no light.
#10: “Not too tight, Michael?”
#11: It was not that Lincoln enjoyed doing it.
#12: Sara half closed her eyes in the darkness of the lobby.
#13: LJ knows. He’s twenty-two and not completely stupid so of course, he knows.
#14: “Whatever, go ahead,” Lincoln shouts at them from the kitchen.
#15: Neither of them is overly sentimental, and it’s not like it’s about sentiments anyway.
#16: Sara sets the rhythm tonight.
#17: He looked like someone who’d got his cookie stolen.
#18: She’s filled with them; stretched in a way they have only fancied once or twice.
#19: It has never bothered him before, quite the contrary since he’s always liked having Lincoln around.
#20: He looks at Sara and Lincoln’s fancy dress costumes and envisions those poor guys in whose ears a devil and an angel whisper advice and recommendations.
#21: It starts with a simple, clichéd question.

So, apparently, I like short sentences as first lines. Not that it's a surprise, but it's quite obvious here. And three "It starts with..." but this one is a coincidence.
All of them are from Prison Break except #15. #15 is a tiny Kalinda/Peter ficlet (The Good Wife) from
Improbable Encounters.
