Big ole EF-5 (top of the rating for such things..) tornado ripped through Oklahoma recently, many people have probably already heard. Just letting ya'll know I was not affected personally (was 30some miles out of the way of the tornado, which was enough to have not really even seen much of the storm at all - at my house we saw some clouds and a little very light sprinkling and average winds)
Last big tornado we had was 14 years ago, May 3rd and it was classified as an EF-4, came through roughly the same area. This time 2 schools and whole neighborhoods were destroyed and a current *confirmed* death count of 24, but still plenty of people missing or not united with their families yet.
