Graduated this morning. Walked across the stage and all. Gifted entirely too much from some family.. I appreciate it, but dang.
My little sister has been getting into making personal cards.. pretty art and practicing calligraphy. She made me one for graduation.. its a black ink peacock wearing a mortar board, pretty sweet (picture on my facebook). Parents got me a Nikon Coolpix. I've been using my smartphone as my primary picture-taker lately, I forgot what all settings even a basic point-and-shoot has... plus the thing is 16.1 MP which is just crazy.
Sadly, I don't actually have my degree in my hands right now, but it'll happen. Mistakes and time mismanagement on my part, but my teacher is allowing me to fix it. Otherwise... 3 credit hours between me and my degree. Hah.
I'm ready to enjoy the summer before I buckle down - Paul's okay with this since we can manage on his paycheck, an additional one just makes things even easier. Plus I want to help us get properly settled into the house as much as possible first. I'm excited :)
