Coco getting her stitches removed
Traffic was HELLACIOUS on the way home from work today. Little did I know, 1 mile from my house was quite the legendary concert getting ready to take place: Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp and Bob Dylan!! I had totally forgotten about it. I was sooo close to my house, yet so far.
I took Coco to the vet to get her stitches out. The tech took out 3 stitches and then thought the vet should check out the other 3 since it hadn't completely healed yet. The vet took out the remaining 3 stitches and said that it would heal just fine, but I would still have to clean it out and keep an eye on it. The "inner" parts have healed, but the outer layer of keratin just takes longer.

Steve emailed and has made it to Kuwait safely. We're over halfway done!
