I'd reply for real, but if all goes well I'm going to have to save my pennies for April instead of spending them on craft supplies. :) I haven't posted about it yet, but if all goes well we're taking the girls back to Florida the last week of April :D Between OT from this project I'm on, our tax returns, my birthday ($$$ from my parents), and a small bonus Rusty's getting, we're going for it. Driving, and only going for a week, but OMG Brenna's gonna pee her pants when she finds out. Rose too, but we did Rose's birthday down there on our honeymoon already ;)
...did I mention we're keeping the trip a surprise? ;) Granted, our reasons for doing so are completely selfish... one, to see their reaction, and two, so that if Something Happens to screw up our plans, well, they never knew about them in the first place. They've been asking to go this summer (thanks a lot, TV, thanks a lot) and while I know we don't have to give into their whims.... dammit *I* wanna go!!! And we can pull it off with out of pocket funds, so why not?
I've already decided that we're going to Yellowstone next summer, since we're getting this out of our system now. Which I also really want to do... but I know if we did that this summer, we (meaning me and Rose specifically) won't really enjoy ourselves.
