Anyone up for Iron Man tomorrow night? We'll start around 8pm.
For Friday's SciFi, we'll have an hour of Heroes and we're giving Sanctuary (in its 2 hour premiere) a shot. It could be good. It could suck.
There's snow on Mars! How cool is that?
I'm nearly completely done with one part of our Halloween costumes. I have the fabric for the other major part, but the pattern I ordered hasn't come in yet. Once it does, I can start and hopefully not wind up in a frenzy of trying to get costumes done the day before the party this year.
I want a Steampunk costume. Not necessarily for Halloween next year. Maybe for a con or something. But I love the Steampunk look. So that's the next big costuming project, I think. Or an ongoing one, since I don't have a specific event in mind.
I don't get to see Obama on campus on Thursday, because I'm teaching at that time.
Who else is doing Nanowrimo this year? I don't have a plot yet, but I've found I do better if I go in without one. Though it's going to be nuttier than usual this year since I'm working on comps papers.
