Here and there
Origins was fantastic! Good times hanging out with Chris & Becky, buying dice, meeting cool people, buying hairsticks hooking up with Scotty finally!, buying dice, dinner at Buca, buying my corset, meeting Scotty's lady, buying dice, meeting folks from online, picking up all sorts of neat odds and ends, and did I mention buying dice? *g*
The only thing I didn't do enough of is take pictures. Didn't get many with Loud Cthulhu this time at all, or many others for that matter. Bad CJ!
Today has been frustrating/stressful. Bouncing off frustration from last night's D&D, I think. First there was the miscommunication frustration. Then there was the "can't find Fiona" crisis. Our "fraidy-cat" is very much a hidy-cat today. She freaked out when Amy & Alex were here, and hid until we finally found her, and then hid again later on, though I found her much faster. I think it's all the people setting off firecrackers and such. There have been snaps and crackles and bangs all over the neighborhood all day. Of course the poor baby is jumpy!
Tomorrow, we head off to Wisconsin. Back on Tuesday, and then a few days to recover, recoup and then back on the road -again- for Starwood!
