Caller: "can I have ----- please?"
Me: "She is in a meeting, but I can get you to her voicemail"
Caller: "Well can you take a message? Isn't that what you are there for?" (in a very annoyed, "you're the help" tone)
*bites my tounge* because I am not the message keeper ro 96 employees! This is why we have a voice mail system.
Me: "Well I just answer and forward the calls, but I will send her an e-mail this one time"
Note: I have come to know this voice, and he only calls for this one person. This guy does this every week, gradually getting more and more rude. I already know that if she doesn't call him back in a hour (which she will still be in the meeting), then he will call again asking for her.
