Life is great.
I am having a fantastic weekend. The weather is perfect. The temperature is perfect. Everything feels perfect. I have company again this weekend so I don't have much time to spend here, but just wanted to have a quick visit.
I had a nice long run yesterday morning during which my left calf muscle started hurting again. It did not much affect my run, it just felt sore and still feels very sore this morning. I will rest it for a few days and that should do it.
Other than that I feel good. I feel great. Life is good. Life is great.
