Many women, when wearing swimsuits, feel exposed and vulnerable. Many times, this is caused by not picking a suit that accentuates their good points. Many women choose a suit based on popular styles and force themselves into crash diets and over-exercising, which could be disatrous to their health. First, you want to focus on your positive physical features, but do not neglect identifying your problem areas. Every woman, no matter what her body shape, has her favourite features, so when you’re looking for a swimsuit, focus on accentuating these features first. If you’re happy with your features, you’ll be happy with a suit that exposes the assets of your body. Once you find a suit to accentuate your features, accessorizes to cover-up your flaws.
