[The video feed clicks on as it hits a wall. From there on the feed is kind of fuzzy, and there's a red smudge in the corner of the feed too, but you can see a busy Dean that's busy. Both guns are balanced on the night stand. He's using the his knife as a kind of drawing implement, pressing on it, gouging the carpet, and possibly marking the floor underneath. He could have asked SAMM for chalk or paint... but thought he would probably have been denied for some stupid reason like someone could choke on the chalk dust or paint fumes.
From the feed, Dean's moving with a practiced speed. I say speed... You can see he's taking his time, and savoring every moment of it, but it's still being done quicker than you'd expect, especially considering his drawing tools. He's still in the suit SAMM gave him, but he's minus bowtie and his shirt is undone by a few buttons at the top, sleeves rolled up as far as Dean's muscular frame will allow.
He looks calm, maybe calmer than he has in weeks, but... Is that a smudge of blood on his hand? maybe. There's too much fuzz on the video to tell for sure how bad it is. (I can assure you it's a hell of a lot worse than it looks on the feed just in case you action reply).) He then stands up and moves everything back in it's rightful place, not bothering to admire his handiwork. He stands and looks at the door, then goes and sits on the bed, holding his palm face up, still not realising his communicator was on from where he threw it.]
