...Finally, I'm done.
Not DONE-done. Never done. But life has been really intense for the past months with Responsible Adult Things, culminating in a large chunk of business travel during which I honestly couldn't tell you what day it was for about two weeks straight. And now it's over. Done! Fini-- and at long last I have a chance to indulge in

Sounds like you have been busy! It sounds like a good mix of Real Life Adult Things and Fun Things, though. Unless there are a ton of Real Life things you're leaving out because they're not fun to talk about, which I would totally understand. :) But I agree, those things really do make me appreciate the free time and fun time I have even more!
What other Finn would you be talking about? Awesome car name! It gets my stamp of approval, at least! B-)
Hamilton is sooooooo popular, but I haven't listened to any of the soundtrack...Is it really that good? I guess everyone in the world recommends it, so maybe I should check it out... Hm.... Tickets for the Chicago run just went on sale last week, actually, but fans (and scalpers) were lining up around the block overnight to get them, so I kind of doubt I'll be able to see the show. If there are still tickets (which there might be, because I heard something about tickets being rolled out in batches), I wonder if they'd even be in an affordable range? (Well, heck, it could be something to look into if you're planning to come here to visit your sister sometime this Fall/Winter... I like musicals, and maybe we could all go?? Possibly?? That might turn out to be an impossible (or impossibly expensive) feat, so let's not get our hopes up :o )

(actually, my #1 choice of name for a long time was Judy and/or Hopps. But after driving it around for a while, it just seemed more like a Finn! XD;)
OMG, I would love NoTHInG MOrE than girl's night out to see Hamilton (my sister has also been putting off listening to the soundtrack, because she'd rather see it live first!), and don't think I haven't been wistfully thinking about trying to see it in Chicago XD I've been looking at news articles about it though, and it sounds like tickets are not only really hard to get, but super-expensive (official sales are capped at $800, last I heard? O_o). There's a $10 lottery, but... yeah, pretty sure a lot of people enter that. Honestly, I'm not optimistic about seeing it anytime soon. The soundtrack IS amazing, though-- there is so much emotion and it's basically a hip-hop rock opera, so you get the entire story even if it's without the visuals (and it's ridiculously catchy!). But hmm, I'll keep in mind that you'd be interested, and keep looking into it... might even be worth a last-minute flight out there! :)
