I know I'm being a broken record, but I really love the SYTYCD: Get Fit DVDs. Not only are they fun, but after doing it about 5 times, I already feel more in shape. On my first go through, I was exhausted after attempting one routine, and now I'm able to do all the routines on the Cardio Funk DVD (+ the warm up and cool down) in one session ( Read more... )
