Last night I spent 2 hours and 32 minutes watching The Dark Knight. I'll start by saying I've been a fan of Batman since I was a little kid. I was one of those that thought he was cooler than Superman sheerly by the fact that he did all this stuff without having any super powers.

Well, last night I got to see a pre-release screening of the new Edward Norton picture The Incredible Hulk. It also includes stars Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, Tim Roth, and William Hurt. Norton stars as Bruce Banner/The Hulk. Tyler plays the love interest Betty Ross. Roth plays Major Blonsky. William Hurt is General "Thunderbolt" Ross. Nelson ( Read more... )

Iron Man opened to $100,750,000 this weekend. The Friday showing I went to was packed, but... good God, I can't imagine how many people went to see it. I can't remember a 100 million dollar movie in a standard weekend.

It opened to another $96.7 million internationally on the same date.

Well, I was able to go to a pre-release screening for the new Iron Man movie last night. I'm going to give a quick review of it and leave it behind the cut so that if I spoil anything, you don't have to see it.
