Wow! 4 Months? The 2013 Catch Up
The last time I posted was on December 31st.
So much has been going on I wish I would have written it all down.
On December 31st, we moved to Nashville and lived in a hotel for 2 weeks while looking for a house. We decided that since I would be gone for almost 3 weeks, that we would wait until February.
In January Peter and I had shows in Denver, Los Angeles, Kelowna, BC-Canada, Edmonton, AB-Canada and then flew from there to Orlando to meet up with my wife and kids. In between the Denver show and Los Angeles show, I flew back to Nashville and stayed with my sister. My wife and kids went back to Atlanta to stay with my mom for a couple of weeks since I was traveling so much and living in a hotel room with 3 kids and a dog is not fun. During this time I found us a house. I skyped with Katrina to show it to her. We love this house. It is next door to Sanctus Real's guitarist, Pete Prevost.
I went on the Canada trips and then to Florida. We dropped the kids off at Katrina's moms house and her and I headed to Miami. we went on the KLove Music Boat cruise. Peter Furler was playing on the cruise so we got to go for free. It was so much fun. My really good friend Marvin and his wife were on the boat too. We road 4 wheelers on Cozumel and was a much needed vacation.
After the cruise, we packed up the kids, drove to Atlanta and packed up the rest of our stuff and went to our new house. It took 2 days to move in.
We love it here. Everyone is so nice, from the store workers, neighbors to even the people at the DMV.
I have recently started working with Mylon Le Fevre, the band VOTA and new artist, Galen Crew. I love this industry and love my jobs.
Savannah is in 1st grade and she loves it. Her school is awesome.
I love travelling because it allows me to see friends that live far away and meet up with some LJ friends I have never gotten to meet.
I am going to Tucson, AZ on Friday, Dallas, TX on Saturday and then Spartanburg, SC the following Saturday. If anyone reading this lives in those areas and want to go to a free concert let me know.
