ER and work
Well this morning was eventful. Elery injured himself at work and ended up having to go to the ER for stitches. He cut his shin and said he could see the bone. Ew. All in all he got 6 stitches and a tetnaus shot. Poor thing, he hates needles. We went to St. Jo and that was the quickest ER trip ever! We were there for maybe an hour before he was discharged.
After the trip to the ER I swung by Taco Bell and grabbed us some lunch. I stopped by my house to take some allergy medicine and I looked in on Snowball and Gloria while I was home. They were cuddling in their little igloo. Aww. I was hoping they'd become friends and cuddle--they had been sleeping seperately.
Today feels like Thursday which is silly because I didn't have to work on Monday so today should feel like Tuesday. Sadly it is not Thursday and I have yet another day of work to get through. I need a vacation. I feel burnt out.
My allergies have been driving me NUTS since Sunday. It's so wearing. All I want to do is go home and sleep. I still have 2 hours left in my day with no chance of going home early since I'm the only manager here. Same tomorrow. Oh well, I need to suck it up. This is only a 3 day week after all.
