The magic is coming along nicely. I put Benjamin's pencil through a quarter I found behind his ear today. Of course, I let him keep the quarter. Does that mean I'm paying off my audience? That's one way to be liked, I guess. Anyway, my repertoire mostly consists of cards. I only added the quarter illusion because Benjamin said I was doing too many card tricks.
I re-discovered a magic shop in downtown Covington that I had forgotten existed. It's been there for 13 years, according to the proprietor. They have a magician's gathering every Tuesday night. Actually, it's called the Covington Royal Academy of Prestidigitation. ;-) Maybe I'll show up after I've practiced a bit more.
