That really sucks Lindsey, I'm sorry! Just one practical note, you should apply for unemployment sooner rather than later. Country Fair may contest it and you may not get it, but if you get the paper work going you may be able to get some extra income. There is a mandatory 2wk waiting period that starts from the day you apply, not the last day you are employed. It could help give you a little extra money till you are employed full time again.

however, i quit before they could fire me of suspected theft...so no unemployment. i think the restitution was just their way of getting back some of my vacation money. and the job search is going off very slowly because i couldn't get out of bed for nearly a week because i was jonesing so bad. it's going to be a rocky beginning of year i believe... hope everything is well on your end.

Is there a bus you could take to get your GED? That's what I did to go to the classes.
I hope by now you have found a new possible job, my job is going out of business, and I have no firm ideas yet.

Ah yes. This post is over a year old. I have gotten my GED and I have (and have had for a year now) a job. Still not where I'd like to be, however. I am doing better (for the most part) than I was when I wrote this. I added you, by the way. If it's not okay, let me know.
