For the record I love Neon Bible. It's no Funeral and it is definitely a somewhat inconsistent effort but the strengths of it completely overpower thse few songs I've never gotten into. There were some definite first-listen duds for me here.

257. Paul's Boutique - Beastie Boys - This was great with some amazing uses of sampling. "Eggman" was the standout. Licensed to Ill stood out more for me but this is definitely more impressive as an album and both are fantastic.

207. Friend Opportunity - Deerhoof - Could I love them anymore? At this point; no. Another great album. "Kidz are so Small" is probably my favorite. One of the weirdest and coolest songs I've ever heard. I desperately loved all of this and they are easily one of my favorite bands. Easily.
