Isn't it just? Seriously. The girl is like mini-my cousin and SO CUTE even when she's having melt downs. How that works, I don't even know. ;)

i noticed that today because von_questenberg has been on my flist since way back when (gosh, i guess we knew each other on this old manga forum and i think i friended her over here because she was so awesome, and though we haven't talked much she's always been an excellent part of my flist) and i decided to read it because she wrote the manifesto for one of my favorite ships and i know she's good at it and i was totally intrigued. i could NEVER EVER watch ATWT because soaps have a weird sort of rhythm of dialogue that throws me off, (i remember my babysitter used to watch all my children and jesus christ, that was a weird show) but GAY COUPLES ON THAT KIND OF SHOW MAKES ME SUPER EXCITED FOR SOME REASON, IDK. PLUS ONE OF THEM IS A DOCTOR AND THE OTHER IS A MOBSTER'S SON? that's pretty fucking brilliant.

so yes. APPROVAL OF THIS PAIRING, I HAVE IT.

It's totally taken me forever and three days to get past the occasionally HORRIBLE dialogue and the drama-llama pauses that are so over the top but omg. The mobster's son is also like... the most adorably dorky guy you'll ever see on TV. He fake interviews people and smiles and rolls his eyes and is just a ball of precious and OMG THE SMOKING HOT DOCTOR. HE KILLS ME. I WANT TO MARRY HIM. HE ANGSTS. LORD.

Except I got distracted by new Leverage and then Chak De! India. Luke/Reid are on my list of things to waste time on in the next few weeks.

P.S. As a New Englander whose sister sells whoopie pies (among other things) for a living, I am obligated to make it very clear that whoopie pies and moon pies are not the same thing AT ALL.

Ooooo. Leverage was SO GOOD. OMG. I LOVE ELIOT TO A LEVEL THAT'S EMBARRASSING. I do not know what Chak De! India is? But um... Reid Oliver is my favorite thing ever. Just so you know. ;)

And they called it Whoppie in the recipe? So I guess it was that? I don't know. I was just the taste tester. ;)
