Okay, so technically, it isn't your birthday anymore. I almost made it! In my time zone, at least. But I come bringing prezzies, so hopefully that makes up for it.

This started out to be a little interlude in the "Slow Motion" verse. ("Slow Motion" was written for Fer as part of the "And then ... " ficathon, and can be found here). However

Can I just say how much I loved that? 'Slow Motion' is on of my favourite post-NFA stories, but somehow I never realised that you were that Cindy! ::rejoices::

And this is just wonderful! This line in particular completely cracked me up:

“Speak,” Illyria answered.

So, so, perfect! Hee! And the whole story just rings very true - especially the end, which turned me into mush as it knocked me out. I want to go watch Tabula Rasa now...

But instead I'm going to go and look after my poorly little girl!
