Ready to come home...oh so ready to go home... lol. My painting teacher is astonished that most of us are actually counting down to going home. Lol, but he doesnt understand that we've been spoiled all our lives by the luxuries of American and we need to return to those. We're all tired of pasta. We're all tired of having to go to the grocery every 2 days. We're tired of sleazy Italian men. And I'm definitely tired of having no income and always watching my bank account diminish.

So in one month and 2 days from today I will be home in Cincinnati and that excites me. The days are starting to fly by because I make little to-do lists to make sure I stay busy. Plus it gets dark at like 5, so that helps too. I just feel like I've seen what I wanted to see and more and I'm just ready to leave this crazy Italian life behind. I've changed, grown up, all that good stuff, now its time to fly. Lol.

I'm downloading more Christmas music as I update because there can never be too many Christmas songs on my iPod. Plus I am stalling cuz I have to go to the grocery and thats not fun. Tomorrow night Michelle's apartment is hosting another Potluck Meal with the theme of Mexican. Lol. The only problem is finding ingredients to actually make anything Mexican. Hrm. It does create a problem. Maybe I'll just bring wine. Heh. Take the easy way out.

I dont have Italian tomorrow which makes me sooo happy. Meaning I get to sleep in cuz I dont have class until 1pm. Maybe I'll get the rest of my Christmas shopping done. I really havent bought much for myself since I've been here, which is surprising. I see lots of things I want but its hard to justify if I really NEED them. Also I have no clue how I'm going to get my crap home. Oh, but things may be looking up for the whole having to spend the night in New York since I couldnt get a direct flight until the day after I fly back to the U.S. Andrea is apparently having the same problem, so she is considering just splitting the cost of the hotel room, then we can get up the next morning and go back to the airport together to catch our flights. So that could be fun.

Well, guess I should go to Conad and then be productive for the rest of the day. Fun.
