Summary: Sam and Dean are on a case in New Hampshire, trying to avoid the angels and their determination to interfere in their lives. Dean is worried about Sam, and Sam is teetering on the verge, aided by Ruby. It turns out that avoiding an angel is harder than just going somewhere cold, and when Castiel finds them and asks them to help him with retrieving an amulet from the demons that also happens to be one of the 66 seals, Sam and Dean can't really refuse. When, of course, the mission falls apart, Castiel is forced to face up to the truth about his feelings for his charge.
