Monami (Shida Mirai) & Juichi (Kamiki Ryunosuke) has always been together. In fact, they're fraternal twins. When Haruka (Kawashima Umika), a very sick girl in need of a heart transplant collapsed on the same night as Monami's fatal accident, her brother Doctor Takagi (Miura Haruma) made a desperate but unethical decision to save her life: by letting Monami die. However, Monami's bond with her twin was so strong that all her memories of him was imprinted in her heart-- which she now shares with Haruka.
