So I got this email just yesterday, this being the fourth email on the subject, the first replied to (I'm serious) within FIVE minutes!!!

I have spoken to the shop people and as compensation for not getting your goody bag they have been able to give you a discount code in the shop
It can be used once between now and 31st July and will give you 20% on a purchase of £30 or over which should mean if you buy some stuff you should be able to get the record bag
The Codename is ‘BACK OFF BITCHES!’
Hope this makes up for something.

What a nice guy, and what great customer service! I only wish that HTFR was in the same boat. Looks like I'm going to have to file suit against those wankers, hopefully class action because there are hundred of dissatisfied customers from that WHACK ASS RECORD SHOP. Boo to HTFR - yeah to MOS!
