So I finally finished the fifth Hairy Potter book and I have to say that my contempt for Hairy has grown even more... what a git. If not for Fred and George along with Hermione I doubt I would very much like the books as much as I do. Hairy is such a little brat, and dumb as a cork too - could have prevented ALL of that nasty ending had he just opened the two-way mirror package when he was suppose to. Twit. Or how about grabbed a Time Turner when they were in the department of mysteries and used that...
I'm also a little miffed at J.K. Rowlings for her very unsatisfying end to Professor Umbridge. When the hateful bitch was carted off by the centaurs I have to say I was very much hoping for a slow and painful death. She however, made it out of the fifth book without so much as a scratch, a little shaken up, but fine. BOO! Lockhart hadn't been half as horrible as she was and got a far worse fate in the end. Where's the karmic debt in Umbridge's case? Boo, I say.
