Not even 8am, and already doing things
Well, sorta. Restored Firefox, and unchecked hardware acceleration as FF kept giving me unresponsive scripts, showave and/or Java crashing (usually it was SW) etc, a royal PITA if you ask me.
I also need to run PC Cleaner, a little app on a thumb drive that will clear out crap from my computer and was something an IT guy at work gave me.
Earlier this week, did a Windows update for the first time in quite some time if memory serves and finally got Service Pak 2 if memory serves for Vista.
So far, so good.
Late yesterday, I began my vacation, which is a stay at home one for the entire week, returning on Feb 23. My refund check won't get mailed until NEXT Friday, so I should see it soon after that, like by March 1. Got paid as well, and paid the rest of the rent last night.
So the coming week is going to be doing some house hunting, and checking out West Seattle proper, and perhaps more of Delridge while at it, and hope that my refund drops into my mailbox SOON because it is to repay the minimum contribution and pay down my credit card some. At the moment, I can't seem to be accessing Mint Credit Monitoring and not sure why so will have to try when they let me back in. There has been activity so want to ensure that my score is NOT going down.
Today is errands, and get the proper dimmer for the Cree LED bulb in the bedroom while out.
Otherwise, not much else today that I can think of at the moment. The weather this week is looking decent to nice so that'll be nice.
I also will be writing and posting stuff to the blog in the coming days as well.
Let's just hope things begin to pick up soon so I can move forward.
