Ugh,
Not sick I don't think, but awoke to a mild headache that almost felt a tad big migraine-ish, got the queasy stomach before I got into the shower, and didn't feel like eating much breakfast either.
Just feel sorta blah in other words.
I hope this passes.
In other news, found 3 places, one is a revisit to a home in Highland Park, sadly, a short sale but with caveats in the form of a bankruptcy, thus the 1.5% of the purchase fee for the short sale, and the court costs on top of that, not gonna happen. :-( Otherwise, it looks like a great little house, from the ONE lone photo of its exterior.
Another house, similar to it, one block west of it is in a similar fate, though being sold by the bank, and they JUST raised the price, and then the buyer has to cough up an additional $3K on top of the purchase price, down payment, and closing costs.
A nice looking condo across the street to Westwood Ctr on SW 25th may have legal issues with the entire complex, which is why it's cash only.
Meanwhile, I scoured CL on lunch break yesterday and found tons of listing, most I suspect are come ons when they say, we have homes in X neighborhood in Seattle from $135K... One being Exclusive Realty, the other a random series of dot com addresses for a specific Seattle neighborhood, such as Beacon Hill. Again, I am leery of those kinds of postings, and they took up the bulk of the listings for 5/21.
One place was listed on the 15th, but it was already taken down, I wanted to see if a condo, or not.
Anyway, the market is still slow, a seller's market essentially. inventory is tight as there are more buyers than sellers right now. Hopefully things will pick up, it's slow all over though, not just here.
