This is my "Monday" today
For this week anyway due to the holiday weekend. Did not want to get up, no way did I, but I did. Still shaking off the sleep as I type.
Funny how the forecast changes depending on the source heard. The Weather channel still indicates scattered thunderstorms with some rain and sun and the temps around 70, the radio keeps saying similar, but sans the t-storms though, no mention of them at all.
Did manage to get 2/3 through my actual files yesterday afternoon and evening, got rid of a bunch of stuff, a pile to be shredded, the rest can simply be tossed. Sadly, my shredder seem to be dying but is still functional at the moment however I have not touched the files on the PC yet.
Today is back to work after the longer than normal weekend. Twas nice while it lasted. Oh well...
Have you noticed how some major holidays are way early this year? Easter was the earliest its ever been, Memorial Day Weekend would've been this coming weekend, but due to how the calendar fell, it was a week earlier than normal, Labor day is on Sept 1, all early by at least several days if not by a week or two.
So on that note, time I best stir and fix lunch and get my ass out the door for I have a sneaky feeling traffic heading into work may be a bitch.
