I admire the feminist movement which has grown to embrace a variety of definitions of what constitutes feminine beauty. Unlike the feminists, men, especially gay men, seem to embrace restrictive definitions of masculinity

Actually, from what I've seen and read, homosexuality is correlated with rigid and restrictive gender roles. Which reminds me of the church you came from.
