Disaster strikes!
My beloved 2G iPod is no more.
Instead of an Apple logo, the screen displays a sad face no matter what I do with it. Checking around the web it looks like this is a Very Bad Thing.
I guess it's had a good run. I don't remember exactly when I got it, but it was 3-4 years ago and I've treated it pretty badly. It feels like the end of an era!
I'm using my phone for now, but the 128Mb memory card I've stuck in it just isn't enough. I need more!
I popped into the Apple store yesterday and they have the 5G ones in stock... my God they look nice.
The only question is, how much trouble will I get in if I buy one?
