"Phases"
I did a bit more recording tonight, still dinking with the song for Gnome#1 now titled "Phases"
Overall I am pleased despite the fact that my hand started cramping (I'm doing some things that are simply wrong from a bass-playing standpoint, basically because I can and always have. A bass is not, strictly speaking, a chording instrument...and that's never stopped me before :)
The bridge-y bit I'm working on right now is kicking my ass - not really sure where I'm going with it, and not entirely sure I am particularly happy with the chord progression as yet. I suppose I shall keep dinking on it until it feels right. Bleh. If I didn't have work in the morning I would likely record until I passed out. The muse is kicking me in the forebrain tonight.
