HMMM.
Meh. I just tried to write a Yuuhi story, but I couldn't. My conclusion is: Yuuhi needs more personality and quirk! The characterization I gave her is too plain, she's all and all a very normal and ordinary girl. (My fault! I need to put more work into it.)
She needs some redeeming quality, a special presence, something. Main characters need to have these things to engage the audience more than other minor characters do. Grrrr. I need to think of something!
It's not that the doll has no character... She's not expressionless... I can SENSE the life in her! The mischief and the expression and the defiance and the determination and the strength and everything; but I can't do characterization. *emo*
Yuuhi HAS spirit. This is why she's my favourite doll (okay, I have only one doll, but among the dolls I wish to have, she's the one I like the most, even above Williams!) and absolutely UN-SELLABLE, even though she is perfectly replaceable (LUTS stocks her sculpt indefinitely).
