Today was a good day
Today was a good day; i managed to get as much as possible done while doing virtually nothing. This was a very good weekend all in all, very relaxing after an incredibly busy work week; ate many delicious beef fajita tacos from the taco truck that parks in the neighborhood on friday and saturday nights. Very delicious, yet inexpensive, tortillas are nice and thin and handmade too, not thick like most of the ones you find at the store. Good thing they are only parked around here two nights a week. The salsa verde was fresh, delicious and plentiful; the taco truck guy serves it in baggies like drugs or something which amused me greatly, as it IS nearly as addictive. Good Stuff. Period. Went to Juan in a Million this morning also to celebrate my raise from Friday, Juan's is a little out of the way but I like to go there for the Don Juan Taco at least a couple times a year, the free chips and salsa with a Don Juan are breakfast and lunch rolled into one. I was smart this time and got a Don Juan to go also, which will probably be enough to take care of breakfast until tues. or maybe even wed.
