Summary: When the truth is too harsh to take, one lies and destroys his reputation for the sake of love and friendship. Will it be worth the sacrifice or will it be in vain?
PROLOGUE:
Being one of few clans to successfully establish a strong and stable company that lasted many decades, the Kim family was far from ordinary. But such accomplishment is held unsignificant when Kim Jongsun the one and only heir to become the fourth generation’s CEO of a chaebol, rebels and resolutely continues with his desire to marry the woman he loves. However, his strict mother disagrees to be linked to an orphan of lower class and so his actions have caused him to be disowned by his enraged mother while his father unwillingly agreed to the decision despite loving his son so dearly.
Heartbroken and devastated, Kim Jongsun drifts far away and begins a new chapter of his life away from the bustling city and away from the family he once belonged to.
