trouble comes in threes
just when i thought things were getting better, i woke up this morning and realized Kay was burning up. i took her temperature and literally jumped when i saw 38.9 centigrade on the ear thermometer! it's the highest fever she's ever had, so i freaked out a little bit. i took her to the clinic, and her doc said that it wasn't the enterovius (thank God!!). he said that her throat was causing the problem, and basically, she just caught another cold... D: sigh, great... fortunately, she responded well to the meds he gave me, so she's been a lot more cooperative. her fever's been fluctuating, but it's staying under 38.
you never know how important water is until you don't have it anymore... after visiting the clinic, i came home to find that there was absolutely no water pressure to the point where our water would stop completely after a few minutes of turning on the tap. we got water back in the afternoon, but right when i wanted to give Kay a bath, it decided to cut off completely and hasn't come back on since... ~_~;;
it gets better: my period came today. so i reeeeaaaallly wanna shower, but i can't.... >:(
sigh, i'm gonna go head to bed and hope that we'll have water in the morning...
