Breakfast

This is a kind of breakfast that is healthy, tasty and fulfilling.



2 servings 6 minutes
2 slices of bread
1 avocado
lemon juice
2 poached eggs
1 sliced tomato
salt and pepper

Mash avocado, add lemon juice and salt. Spread it on the bread. Top with eggs and tomatoes. (If you are not familiar with poached eggs just add 1 cm of water in your fry pan and "fry" them in water or us the slices of boiled eggs).  Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
