Just finished with my application for the Physician Licensure Examinations on August 7,8,14 and 15, 2010 at PRC in Morayta!

So this is my version of the steps on how-to-apply:

1st of all, make sure all of your documents are in place, all you need is one copy of each which you will submit and just show them the original copies as reference.
