Okay, so why cosmetology in particular? Not that there's anything wrong with it, I'm just curious as to why it won out.

There were a few reasons, which I suppose I should draft up in an entry, but who knows if I'll ever get around to it? So many damn entries in my head that should've been posted, but I never got around to them; the whole school/cosmetology one included. There never seems to be any time to just sit and think about things, much less write about them, you know

Ah. Well, that's sweet and simple: you were and remain inspired by the work of a legendary artiste who is sadly no longer with us but whose influence lives on. Yay! That's a good thing indeed.
