hey guys and gals... jus thought i'd drop a line here on LJ about the tourney.... we didnt have anyone walk out with a trophy. i got to finals in oratory, and we would've had two other ppl in finals but they got edged out in a tie due to a thing called "judges preference".... its tough to explain so i wont go into it... i'll jus say i'm really impressed becuz we hung with the southern schools a lot better at this tourney than we did at STM. it's encouraging, becuz now we're gettin more competitive against the ppl we're gonna meet at state. we'll see what happens though.
i feel like absolute hell today. we got to the school jus after midnite, and as soon as i got home i crashed. didnt wake up till jus before noon. this one day really wore me the hell out. hopefully i'll start feelin better later today, becuz i've got a lot of crap to do this next week with school and preppin for Airline.
