"while skateboarding w/ my son last night i fell at a high rate of speed. i had a helmet on and luckily my vision + hearing returned to normal in a few minutes. The swelling in my arm hasn't gone down, so i went after work to get x-rays. my left elbow is quite broken and they think the specialists will want to operate immediately tomorrow."
