Reed wouldn't go down the ramp on the left tonight
but I did. Did a nice little wheelie and then took a dive. Landed on my arm and my head. After a few minutes I could see and hear again. I didn't see stars - it was more like TV static. My arm still hurts, but an hour or so later we got home and put some ice on it.
Traditional skate wheels should arrive in the mail tomorrow - I'm using long board wheels which are nice and smooth for cruising the neighborhood or street skating, but they are bit too fast for me on ramps like this. Or the rush of going so fast made me forgot to bend my knees. And my trucks were too loose and woobling. And the sun was in my eyes, and, and, and...
Reed went down some bigger ramps than usual and did a good job of not wiping out.
