Tegoshi guested in this episode and introduced himself as ‘Kaseifu (Housewife) Tego’.
They started off by talking about the ‘BEST of’ album and Tego said he was a little surprised ‘Endless Summer’ came out tops in fans’ selection. He thought ‘Bambichan (Bambina)’ would have been tops. Keichan said it would be good to perform the fan selections in the tour and thought Tego should perform certain lyrics in Bambichan. Tego then said he’s not sure about that so Keichan then suggested that it would be interesting for Shige to do it instead. Or Massu. Tego then said Massu would probably go ‘Motto… fufufufu’ (imitates Massu’s laugh)
Tegoshi’s first experience (Tegoshi no hatsu taiken)
Tegoshi thought it was something ero… Turns out that it will just be fans asking if Tegoshi has experienced this or that etc. The first one was about whether Tegoshi had the experience of hiding in girls’ room in the middle of night during school trips (I’m translating this by ear so could be wrong) Apparently the fan’s friend did that and got expelled. For the record, Tegoshi didn’t as he was in an all boys’ school for middle high and the famous high school for celebs (known for strict rules).
The second question was a little more normal - whether Tegoshi has the experience of ‘baiking’ along (going to buffet along) Tegoshi thought the fan meant going on a Viking boat. LOL. He said that he did it before - when he’s doing overseas filming for itteQ, he would go down for the breakfast buffet on his own.. Keichan said he did that before but thought that the fan meant more like buffet meals that are not work related. In that case, Tegoshi said he hasn’t done that before. But on other ‘hitori’ (by oneself) experiences, he did karaoke, bowling (Keichan was surprised and impressed). Keichan then said while he can’t go ‘hitori karaoke’, he would go ‘hitori Matsuya’, ‘hitori Sukiya’, ‘hitori family restaurant’, ‘hitori yakiniku, sushi etc’ (Matsuya and Sukiya are quick and cheap dining chains for rice bowls and udons etc, kinda like Yoshinoya)
Keichan then promoted Tegoshi’s upcoming movie (Hotaru no hikari) and mentioned his photoshoot in +act magazine. He thought that shoot was really nice and said he read that Tegoshi had 3 days off in between filming, so he wondered what Tegoshi did in those days. Well, Tegoshi watched soccer, played soccer and went running (we don’t really expect anything else from him, do we? (^_^))
Keichan also mentioned Matsuyuki san (who acts as Tegoshi’s sister in ‘Hotaru’) and brought up that Massu likes her… a lot. Tegoshi then said that every time they meet, Massu would ask him how Matsuyuki san was. Then Tegoshi did an impression of Massu stumbling over introducing himself if he does meet Matsuyuki san in the future.
It turns out that Keichan has watched the drama too when it was on air and he wondered how Tegoshi felt to be part of the production. Tegoshi said it was quite stressful and it felt like he was working with people he always sees on TV, like ‘Ah, that’s Hotaru!’ and ‘Ah Bucchou!’; it was rather unbelievable! He watched the final production and thought that Rome was very picturesque and said that it felt like it was a picture/art book with humans in it, that it is something that can be conveyed in a cinema (i.e large screen) Keichan then suggested that all four of them should go watch it together but Tegoshi said he would be way too embarrassed to watch.
