She's ok. She just visited this past weekend to go to Ann Arbor's art fair and she seemed to be doing well. We drove to the art fair (last year we walked) but we still had to do a lot of walking once we were there and she was ok with it. We just took a number of breaks to eat, drink, sit, etc. She was told that she can't be active (like walking or whatever) for more than an hour at a time so that's why we had those breaks. Even though she seemed fine, she had apparently just come off of a rough week with a lot of "morning" sickness (I put morning in quotes because apparently it's a misnomer and it's really all day sickness). She didn't get sick or say that she felt ill on her visit, but apparently she had gotten sick in the morning before leaving. So, I'm not sure how much of her situation was that she was rallying for the visit and art fair vs actually feeling better than she did during the week prior, but apparently it was some key week when the placentas have formed and something important swtiches over.
Even though the worst of the morning sickness is over, I expect she will be in for greater difficulties ahead, seeing as she has twins in there. One thing I know about her, though, is that she's being extremely good in terms of following exactly what is recommended for diet and other aspects of health. She had to not exercise for the first two months because of IVF, but I'm sure that once that's time period is up (very soon) she will be exercising regularly, at whatever level is recommended. She even got some exercise video for pregnant women where the participants are at different stages so you can modify your own workout accordingly. So, the extent to which Ann has symptoms, I think she's been able to reduce them with proper diet and whatnot.
